WeMoa Runners

Join the WeMoa Runners every Wednesday evening from 19:00-20:00 for "Mittwochs in Moabit," a free community run through the heart of Moabit! This event is perfect for runners of all levels, whether you're just starting out or are an experienced runner looking for a fun group to train with. Each run starts with a warm-up session to get everyone ready, includes various running workouts or intervals and ends with a cool-down and stretching session. After the run, we encourage participants to stick around for a casual chat fostering a strong sense of community among our runners.

Breath & Cold

Join us every Thursday for a refreshing morning adventure that’s more than just a workout!

We kick things off by meeting at the WeMoa studio, hopping on our bikes, where we ride to the beautiful Plötzensee lakeside escape. Once we arrive, we’ll slow it down with some calming breath work directly on the beach, grounding ourselves in nature. Then, once we are recovered from the breathing it’s time to dive in—literally! Refresh with a cold swim in the lake, all year 'round into the winter we go. Feeling the the cold, sun (when it is there), the water, and all the good vibes. It’s a ride, it’s a breath, it’s a splash—all in one unforgettable experience. Come for the "workout," stay for the journey!

We leave from the WeMoa Studio punctually by bike at 06:45 so that we are at the lake by 7:00. If you are coming by car or public transport, please meet HERE at 07:00. We are usually done and back at the Studio by 08:15.

Please only come if you are feeling well. Once the temperatures start getting colder it becomes more and more intense for the body as a whole. If you have any heart condition, cardiovascular problems or other serious health problems you should always consult a doctor before starting with breath work and cold swimming.

Full Body Strength

Full Body Flow

In this 30-45-minute Full Body Flow class, we combine deep stretches and dynamic mobility exercises to unlock tight muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall movement. It’s the perfect way to cool down and recover after our high-energy HIIT class, helping your body reset and relax.
